Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations made prior to 24hours before the service date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours before service is provided will be charged $50 for cancellation.

We offer re-clean for jobs that the customer is not satisfied within 24 hours after job is completed and brought to our notice. In an event of customer not wanting a re-clean , we will refund part of the amount depending on what was activity was not cleaned well to their satisfaction. A full refund will be applied in an event where no part of the service was provided.
